Everything I Have Seen - M.I Abaga

With the anticipated release of Mi’s Illegal Music 3 Mixtape, the rapper decided to tease his fans with the exclusive release of one track off the mixtape. The track is produced by G-Plus and MI himself.

He starts off, “I have seen the paper turn a man against his maker. Started making bread and now he don’t respect the baker”. “Gotta get a broom I got some roaches in my closet” MI continues as he narrates events that led to him taking over Chocolate City. In a bittersweet tone, he enters the second half of track with a message to both upcoming artists and the ‘Made Men’ by saying “I have seen kings not aware of their successors, waiting in the wings they are blinded by their successes. Cause while I try to give you every detail of my essence, until your time is come you will be blessed within my presence”.

The overall message of this track seems to be that one should strive to live a righteous life because one minute you could be king and the next you could be enslaved to life.
