Chris Brown comments on Kehlani suicide attempt

Chris Brown says Kehlani’s attempted suicide was nothing more than a “sympathy” ploy. He made the shocking allegation in a late-night Twitter rant on Tuesday that included him throwing his support behind Kyrie Irving, the Cleveland Cavaliers player on whom Kehlani was accused of cheating.

As Gossip Cop reported earlier on Tuesday, Kehlani attempted suicide on Monday night after she was blasted on social media for allegedly cheating on Irving with her ex-boyfriend rapper PartyNextDoor. She even posted on Instagram a photo of herself hooked up to an IV in a hospital bed, noting, “Today I wanted to leave this Earth. Being completely selfish for once. Never thought I’d get to such a low point.”

Brown started off, “Girls be mad at a n***a for f***ing around wit b*****s but her DMs got more names then the Declaration of Independence. #YEAHIMTHROWINGSHADE.” He then tweeted in reference to her Instagram post in the hospital, “There is no attempting suicide. Stop flexing for the gram. Doing s**t for sympathy so them comments under your pics don’t look so bad.”

Next, the singer expressed his support for the NBA star by simply writing, “#KYRIEMVP.” Brown then cracked that Kehlani would no longer have prime box seats at basketball games. “Guess she gone have to watch the games from a real ‘box’ now. ‘THE TELEVISION,'” he tweeted.

By that point, Brown started receiving a ton of backlash on Twitter by those who felt his comments about Kehlani were out-of-bounds. Acknowledging that he ticked off a lot of people, the singer tweeted, “I’ll be the BIGGEST PIECE OF [poop emoji]. But ima ride for my Homies regardless. KYRIE is probably one of the only good guys left. IDGAF!” He ended his rant, “The amount of followers I got and the amount of comments are the amounts of f***s I give.”
